Alain Chavy St Aubin en Remilly 1er Cru 2015 (750ML)

The 2015 St Aubin 1er Cru en Remilly was tightly wound on the nose when I tasted it from vat, only reluctantly revealing cold limestone, dewy pasture-like scents. The palate is crisp and taut on the entry with a superb line of acidity that lends this En Remilly focus and tension. Great energy here and likewise the mineralité hits the bullseye. Persistent in the mouth, this is a great little Saint-Aubin from Alain Chavy. Neal Martin – The Wine Advocate
