Some grassy, subtle herbal edges on the nose with the crisp green fruits - smells like Sauvignon. Unctuous and lively, I love the shot of lime juice and zest you get together with the cool crushed stone minerality that cleans the tongue. A blend rich in Sémillon, the 2021 Les Arums de Lagrange offers up aromas of confit citrus, nectarine, pastry cream and white flowers, followed by a medium-bodied, deep and chalky palate underpinned by lively acids.
