This cuvée is a tribute to the partnership between the James Bond producers and the Bollinger house. Made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced in the Marne valley, the bouquet is elegant and fresh, with notes of fresh fruit and pastry. It's tense and straight, with a moderately firm palate showing some delicate iodine notes. Dosage: 4g/l. – Yohan Castaing, Decanter

Celebrating a 40-year partnership between the brands, the famed Champagne house has created an exclusive Bollinger 007 Limited Edition. It will also be the first time that Bollinger is releasing the 2011 vintage from their cellars. Sourced from a single grand cru vineyard in Aÿ-Champagne, it was vinified in oak barrels before being aged for seven years under cork.

Bollinger’s general manager Charles-Armand de Belenet noted, “It has a very unique taste—a little like James Bond in taste...a fantastic balance of power and elegance.”

De Belenet says that the new Bollinger 007 Limited Edition, which honors Bond’s upcoming 2020 film, No Time to Die, is particularly special because it is made completely from Pinot Noir.
