This natural sweet wine, produced using a technique of southern Italy: sun-dried grapes, progressively added to the must in order to slow fermentation at 12/13 ° C. It has a good structure, with a long finish. Particularly reveals its aromas honey, dried apricot and peach. Very good as an aperitif or with dessert, also accompany foie gras or strong cheese. Aging potential over 10 years.
Grape origin: Junín, Mendoza. Vineyards: Pergola 45 years old. Traditional cultivation and irrigated via flooding
