The 2022 Clos Marsalette Blanc is made up of 55% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Sémillon. It is aging in 25% new oak. It skips out with cheery notes of fresh yellow apples and juicy pears with underlying hints of allspice, white pepper, and chalk dust. The 2022 Clos Marsalette Blanc was picked on 14 and 15 September at 45hL/ha and matured in 25% new oak. It has a pretty, aromatic bouquet with white peach, apricot and guava touches emerging with time. The palate is well balanced with wild peach and grapefruit.
