A young red with a solid concentration of fruit, medium body, firm tannins and a fresh finish. Not the most complex wine, but shows promise and structure for the appellation.

Composed of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc, the deep garnet-purple colored 2018 Cuvée Compostelle gives up stewed plums, baked black cherries and spice box notes with chocolate and tilled soil hints.
