The 2017 Saint-Aubin En Remilly 1er Cru matures in 15% new oak, has a vibrant wet limestone, Granny Smith apple and subtle white peach scented bouquet. The palate is well balanced with an intense opening, plenty of green apple mixed with gooseberry and a faint tang of ginger. It might just miss a little mineralité on the finish but otherwise this is very fine. --Neal Martin, Vinous Media
