The 2019 Rully 1er Cru Les Margotés is performing very well, unwinding in the glass with aromas of pear, citrus oil, mint, freshly baked bread and vanilla pod. Tasting note: Moderately prominent wood can be found on the ripe and very spicy aromas of white fruit confit, orange peel, anise and exotic tea. There is again excellent volume and power to the larger-scaled flavors that brim with sappy dry extract before terminating in a caressing, stylish and complex finale.
