The 2015 Corton Grand Cru Greves is a very impressive wine, built for the long haul, offering up a brooding nose of dark berries, forest floor and espresso roast. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and deep, with a rich chassis of tannin and almost chewy concentration, underpinned by good acids. Patience will be required while the tannins melt, but this will develop into an excellent Corton in the fullness of time.—Neal Marin, The Wine Advocate

Tasting note: This is also quite floral in character with its more deeply pitched nose of black cherry, cassis, warm earth and a whiff of the sauvage. The imposingly-scaled and concentrated flavors coat the palate with dry extract while the muscular finish is robust but not really austere though there is ample youthful austerity present. This impressively complex and persistent effort will also need ample cellaring to reach its full potential. Sweet Spot. Allen Meadows, Burghound
