Elegant nose with evidence of blackcurrant, blackberry, and juniper, followed by black tea aromas. Complex, dense palate, concentrated black fruit, dried herbs, and mineral notes, layered with oak, nutmeg, espresso, and tertiary flavors developing. Very long finish, and fine tannins give good aging potential. - Decanter
A ripe and juicy wine that comes from a 37-acre estate in the north of the Margaux appellation, it is full of still young tannins with acidity that gives the wine freshness. It all needs to soften into the rich texture that will develop as it matures. Drink from 2026. — Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast
