The 2015 Gevrey Chambertin Le Clos, which comes from vines located near the church inside the village, veers more towards red fruit on the nose: strawberry pastilles and redcurrant, a touch of orange sorbet. The palate is clean and fresh, adorned with more mineralité and tension than the Champ, and it neatly dovetails into a precise, linear but quite delicious finish. This is excellent and well worth hunting down—a village cru punching at the weight of a premier cru. Neal Martin – The Wine Advocate
