Esprit de Pavie is born from the passion of Gerard Perse, since being a proprietary of the famous Chateau Pavie, creator of wine from the most beautiful hillsides of Bordeaux. Their orientation on the south facing hills, the grapes in their fullest maturity, produce a round, balanced wine. Reflecting the traditional Bordeaux style, this wine is composed of 65% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. _Winemaker
