The special late-bottled 2014 Las Higueras Vineyard was kept for three years in barrel. The base wine is exactly the same as the regular bottling, but somehow nine barrels were left behind. This is quite classical, with more spice, cigar box and graphite, perhaps a little more marked by the élevage, in a López de Heredia way.
