Bright gorgeous purple, with an immediately accessible and very welcoming perfumed pinot nose. The amazing rich raspberry juice is beautiful on the palate, with an energetic lift from the stems which contribute to a drier finish. The 2019 Bourgogne Rouge comes from vines located in Vosne-Romanée. It has a well-defined bouquet of vibrant red cherry and cassis fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with good substance, fine grip and slightly tarry red fruit on the finish. This is a commendable regional red.—Neal Martin, Vinous Media
