Another of the portfolio's highlights is the 2019 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Charmes, a deep and complete cuvée evocative of cherries, raspberries, rose petals, exotic spices and incense. Medium to full-bodied, seamless and layered, its chassis of ripe, powdery tannins is entirely concealed by the wine's concentrated core of vibrant fruit.—William Kelley, The Wine Advocate
Tasting note: Perfumed and wafting aromas consist mostly of red cherry and raspberry where floral top notes are present in the form of rose petal, lavender and violet. The super-sleek, energetic and utterly delicious medium weight flavors also possess a beguiling texture, all wrapped in a youthfully austere finale. Like several wines in the range, this will need to develop more depth, but the excellent track record of this wine suggests if not guarantees, that more complexity will be added with time in bottle.
