Tasting note: Here too there is a subtle dollop of wood framing the aromas of various white orchard fruit, fennel and citrus zest. The pure and transparent medium weight flavors brim with minerality on the impressively long, very dry and youthfully austere finale. This is also very compact and at least a few years of bottle aging should be highly beneficial. Outstanding. --Allen Meadows, Burghound
Mid yellow, not so much happening on the nose here, but very attractively balanced on the palate, with the lightest positive reduction, a strong mineral thread through the middle, this is seemingly understated but actually very fine.
