There is a hint of nigori in this low alcohol brew with a tantalizing sparkle on the palate and admirable balance between sweetness and acidity. The bubbles are produced from natural fermentation and give the sake a full, sweet flavor. This pink version has been infused with rosehips and hibiscus giving it a fun, slightly berried, sweet and tangy flavor that is great for experiencing on its own or paired with fruit or cream based desserts.
