It's a dense and beautiful wine with an immediately welcoming bouquet of ripe but balanced grapes. A marvellous mouthful of balanced fruit opens out to an exquisite finish flooded with hay, honey and salted lime. Decanter
Tasting note: Moderate wood frames the green fruit, floral, citrus and mineral reduction scents. The highly energetic and beautifully well-detailed middle weight flavors possess excellent minerality on the balanced, saline and Zen-like finale. This is quite simply terrific. Allen Meadows – Burghound
The 2014 Chablis Grand Cru les Preuses has a refined bouquet with saline, estuarine scents (seaweed and cockles) permeating through the citrus fruit. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a crisp line of acidity. I like the tension here, a strict and precise Les Preuses clearly built for long term ageing, which will be no problem thanks to the energy locked in here. This is a well-made Les Preuses from La Chablisienne. Neal Martin – The Wine Advocate
