“The second wine of Vivaltus is pretty impressive in its own right. Deceptively supple and easy to drink, it's a beautifully judged, harmonious cuvée of Tinto Fino with 3% Cabernet Sauvignon, showing aromas and flavours that have as much to do with Right Bank Bordeaux as they do with Ribera. Subtly wooded, sculpted and refreshing, it has fine oak, caressing tannins, green herb and red fruit flavours and plenty of balancing acidity. 2023-30” - Tim Atkin
