Tasting note: As it usually is, this is more deeply pitched with dark red and blue berry fruit aromas that are cut with ample amounts of earth, humus and game elements. There is excellent volume to the powerful medium-bodied flavors that are shaped by fine-grained tannins, all wrapped in a wonderfully complex, intense and persistent finish.
