A total “Wow!" wine, the 2016 Côtes du Rhône Reserve (60/40 Grenache and Mourvèdre) boast knockout notes of blackcurrants, black raspberries, smoked herbs, licorice and crushed rock-like minerality. Big, rich, unctuous and layered, yet still fine and finesse-driven, drink this full-bodied powerhouse anytime over the coming decade or more. Jeb Dunnuck
Possibly the best Côtes du Rhône I've ever tasted, the 2016 Cotes du Rhone La Reserve is 75% Grenache and 25% Mourvèdre, grown inside the Clos on sandy soils. It's a breathtaking effort, loaded with crushed stone, rose petal and cherry aromas. It's full-bodied but so precise, crystalline and pure that it comes across as nearly weightless, balanced by a crisp, zesty-briny finish that extends for miles. Joe Czerwinski – The Wine Advocate
