Aromatic, with ripe cherry and berry fruit and abundant spice notes, this creamy rosé is framed by firm acidity, offering a finely balanced mix of raspberry gelato, toasted brioche, chalk and grated ginger. Mouthwatering finish. Disgorged December 2015. Drink now through 2020. 60 cases imported. - Alison Napjus, The Wine Spectator
Aromas of sweet red berries, fresh pastry, orange rind and spices introduce Hébrart's latest NV Brut Premier Cru Rosé, a medium to full-bodied, elegant and charming wine with a delicate core of fruit, fine-boned structure and a mouthwateringly chalky finish. It was disgorged earlier this year. - William Kelley, Wine Advocate
The fresh and airy nose speaks of red berry fruit with discreet notes of strawberry and raspberry, both of which can also be found on the delicious, intense, focused and acceptably complex flavors that also are supported by a firm effervescence and fine length. This has arrived at a stage where it could be drunk now with pleasure but I would be inclined to cellar it for another 2 to 3 years in the hopes of coaxing a bit more complexity out of the finish. Still, this is understated and lovely. - Burghound
