The 2019 Wehlener Klosterberg Spätlese (Green Capsule) opens with a clear, intense and complex bouquet of ripe and concentrated Riesling berries intertwined with notes of slate and quartz. Full-bodied, round and juicy, with vibrantly fresh acidity, this is a structured, lush and salty picture-book Spätlese in the off-sweet style.
