This small blend of our best Chardonnay barrels is crafted with 30% new French oak and 30% malolactic fermentation. The low oak profile allows the grapes to shine with hints of tropical fruits, citrus, and fresh cut apple while also offering notes of butterscotch and caramel. The warm growing season enhanced the mouth-coating, creamy texture and offers a nice weight to the wine. The natural acidity lingers on a clean, refreshing finish. -Winery
