92-94 VM / 92-94 JD The 2019 Roc de Cambes is focused and intense on the nose with Japanese nori tinged blackfruit, damp loamy soil and later, hints of violet and incense. The palate is very well balanced withsupple tannins, supremely well judged acidity and an irresistible creamy texture that maintainstension on the finish. This fleshy, full-bodiedeffort has loads of chocolate-covered cherry, blueberry, toasted spice, tobacco, and espressoaromatics, a mouthfilling texture, soft tannins, and a beautiful finish.
