91 Points Jeb Dunnuck: A seriously impressive Sparkler, with ripe apple, brioche and citrus aromas and flavors, the 2010 Scintillation Blanc de Blanc (100% Chardonnay initially fermented in neutral barrel before two years in bottle and disgorged in January 2013) has a beautiful creaminess to its texture and a fine mousse. This fleshes out in the glass and gains additional richness with air. Beautiful purity, detail and freshness all around, it’s a serious effort that will stand toe to toe with a number of Champagnes.
