Fuligni Brunello
Ageworthy Riservas and New 2019s
from a "historic, unwaveringly reliable estate"
Wine Writer Kerin O'Keefe's recent article on Fuligni was a great retrospective of some of their Riserva Brunello from as far back as 1977. She wrote "From one of the most storied houses in Montalcino, Fuligni’s Riservas are among the handful of legendary wines that helped set the benchmark for Brunello."
The Fuligni Family can trace his origins back to Venice, then via England and finally to Tuscany. They started producing wine in Montalcino at the start of the 20th century.
We are very lucky to have a limited selection of their Riservas from 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2016, as well as the new releases from 2019. All are very limited, but certainly would have a lovely home in your cellar!
