This small grower, located in the Marne region, lies in the heart of the Cote des Blancs, with roots going back to 1894. Our team tasted the Cuvee Gregory last week and were very impressed - it expresses minerals and white flowers with delicate almond, and apple flavors. It is an elegant and excellent aperitif Champagne comprised of 95% Chardonnay and 5% of Pinot Noir.
