The 2020 Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru has a pretty nose, more low key compared to the Montée de Tonnerre with touches of white peach and light wild mind notes emerging with time. The palate is well balanced with a saline entry, fine depth, crisp acidity with commendable persistence on the finish.
