Carignan Prima 2010 (750ML)
Critic Scores, Reviews & Descriptions
Aromas of sweet berries and blueberries with hints of walnuts. Full body, with velvety tannins that are polished and refined. This seems to be slightly holding back its inherent qualities. Give it time. Best ever from here. Better in 2017. James Suckling
This sleeper of the vintage offers plenty of black currant and black cherry fruit as well as underlying forest floor and floral notes. Its purity, textural build up and intensity exceed the appellation’s standards. It is a noteworthy effort for value conscious consumers to seek out.
Both cuvees from this well-run estate merit attention. - Robert Parker
