Clos Lentiscus Rose Brut Nature Tradicional 2013 (750ML)

We are a Vinegrowers’ family trying to grasp the terroir’s essence with our wines. The family estate (XIV) surrounded by mediterranean forests facing South is located in the Parque Natural del Garraf (protected area). At an altitude of 225m with a calcareous sandy soil there grow local varieties of grapes such as Malvasia de Sitges Xarel.lo SumollParelladaCartoixà VermellMuscat of AlexandriaCarignan and Ull de llebre. The whole building is organized by one principal concept “biodynamie” we make use of biodynamic treatmentsteas and we graze with our sheep and our horse Ringo. In the cellar since 2010 we produce natural wines : no bleaching no leaks and no sulfites added  Even in our bubbles bothwe use wild yeast in fermentations. Our bees also fulfill a very important role in our farm  pollination contributing to biodiversity.Finally and to make all the proposals work we use the second fermentation in our bubbles.
