The 2022 Riesling Niederhäuser Klamm Kabinett is on volcanic soils of porphyry. This is a vineyard that used to belong to an extended family. It was repurchased and is now vinified as a single site. The nose is of serene citrus. The palate is rich like lemon oil, concentrated, flowing and mouth-watering. Lemon fills the mouth, serene, yet with an inherent playfulness.
