Gerard Mugneret Bourgogne Passetoutgrain 2017 (750ML)

The 2017 Bourgogne Passetourgrain, an equal blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay from 3 separate parcels planted from 1971 to 2001. The terroir is Rouge Champs (across the road from Clos Vougeot), Pièce des Paquiers (on the plains, near Flagey) & Genevrays (near Gilly-lès-Citeaux)
Vinification: 75% de-stemmed, 4 to 5 days cold (13-14°C) maceration, indigenous yeast fermentation, 15 to 21 days in tank. Aged for 12 months in older oak barrels.
