This too is ripe yet cool and fresh with its notes of green apple, citrus, mineral reduction and iodine. Once again there is very good detail, volume and richness to the utterly delicious flavors that exude an appealing minerality along with fine length. This rich yet delicate effort could also use a bit more depth but it's already very pretty. - Burghound

The 2019 Chablis Les Lys 1er Cru has a ripe bouquet of apple blossom, lemon curd and a touch of black currant leaf. The well-defined palate is taut and saline, offering crisp acidity and fine depth. It’s a little candied on the finish but that just adds to its prettiness. This Les Lys should age with style-Neal Martin, Vinous Media
