Larue St Aubin Les Murgers des Dents de Chien 1er Cru 2015 (750ML)

Murgers des Dents de Chien Premier Cru wines are among the most coveted in Saint-Aubin. This Premier Cru vineyard is high on the Cote d'Or escarpment in the Saint-Aubin commune, and is positioned directly above the Montrachet and Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru vineyards. Murgers des Dents de Chien has a similar kind of soil to Le Montrachet; made up of pebbly, broken limestone. This is shallow and very well drained, which makes the vines work hard for hydration, leading to the production of high-quality grapes. The lack of water in the soil also means that warmth is readily absorbed during the day, providing help with ripening during the growing season
