The 2021 Madame De Beaucaillou, which comes from the Haut-Médoc, checks in as 71% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 14% Petit Verdot. The 2021 Madame de Beaucaillou is gorgeous. Dark, fresh, vibrant and appealing, the 2021 is an absolute delight to taste. Bright acids run through a core of black cherry, plum, spice, tobacco and gravel, adding energy.
