"The 2012 Macon-Morizottes is a little delight. The bouquet is very attractive: fresh pear and touches of grapefruit and fresh melon at first, then later spicier scents emerge and add another layer of complexity. The palate is well-balanced, with plenty of citrus fruit, fresh apples and melon. There is impressive weight here and perhaps the precision is just taken down a couple of notches by warmth on the finish.
