Paneretta Vin Santo 2007 (750ML)

"30% Malvasia and 70% Trebbiano.  Golden yellow, very intense fragrance     of nutshell, dry fruit, candy fruit  .High sugar concentration and balanced acidity extremely full bodied at the same time elegant.

After harvest, we hang up the grapes in a well airy room. Here the grapes  dry over four or five months. After we press the grapes and let them stand about 20 days, we put the Vinsanto into “caratelli”, small wooden casks that are sealed.  It rests for 5 years then, we take the wine from the “caratelli” and we bottle it in March of the same year." -Winery
