Simonnet Febvre Chablis 2014 (750ML)

The 2014 Chablis has a more earthy bouquet compared to its peers with bruised apple, wild mint and cold granite scents that feel very reserved and thus, draw you in. The palate is taut and fresh with crisp acidity - just a dab of spice on the entry but thereafter this is linear and focused, a zen-like Village Cru that will appeal to those who like their Chablis classic. I would swap any of Simonnet-Febve’s 2013s for this...and I would have change left over. Neal Martin – The Wine Advocate
