It was with much anticipation that I tasted Chateau Mouton Rothschild’s Aile D’Argent 1993. This is the third vintage of the renowned Chateau’s white wine and made from young vines. What a tremendous surprise. A lovely bright color with hints of lanolin and pears on the nose. This is a very rich vibrant wine and drinking perfectly well now. Big rich mouthful of ripe fruit and plenty of length. This is a rare opportunity to grab some of this great Chateau’s wine that is now in its perfect drinking range and priced less than most of the recent vintages. - Andy Lench, President & CEO of Bordeaux Wine Locators, January 2018
