This parcel of Gruenchers was formerly under contract to Thibault Liger-Belair

The Gruenchers vineyard is mid-slope on the Cote d’Or with a southeastern exposure giving it good morning sun. The soil has a bit more clay in it than the upper part of the slope, and wines from Gruenchers tend to be a little more muscular in style.
