Tasting note: Notably ripe aromas of poached plum and slightly roasted pit fruit reflect additional notes of anise and an herbal garrigue-like note. The fleshy and seductively textured medium weight flavors possess good verve and richness before culminating in a dusty, youthfully austere and firmly structured finale. I like the complexity though this will need at least some forbearance as this is definitely firm.
