Orange wine: 30–40 days on skins. All neutral oak. A rich onion-skin colour. The fruitiest of the Pinot Gris line-up on the nose. Like Rainier cherry juice and juicy Pink Lady apples. Textured and broad and rich. The weight of the fruit sits on your palate and mixes with savoury flavours of dusty dried leaves that linger longer on the finish than the fruit.
