Seamlessly complex and silky, with vivid raspberry and blueberry flavors accented by black tea and savory spice notes that dance elegantly toward refined tannins. Drink now through 2024. - T.F., Wine Spectator
Pale to medium ruby-purple in color, the 2016 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley is scented of warm black cherries and notions of blueberry preserves with touches of clove and nutmeg plus dried leaves, blood orange peel and dusty earth. Light to medium-bodied, it has beautiful purity of warm black cherries and black berries in the mouth with spicy accents, a frame of very fine-grained tannins and wonderful juicy acidity, finishing very long and very spicy. 2,500 cases produced. - Erin Brooks, Wine Advocate
Shimmering ruby-red. Lively, mineral-tinged red berries and cherry on the expressive nose; a sexy floral nuance develops as the wine opens up. Silky and precise on the palate, offering energetic raspberry, cherry liqueur and root beer flavors and a hint of allspice. Finishes very long, spicy and tense, with supple tannins that fold quickly into the wine's sappy fruit. - Josh Raynolds, Vinous Media
