Dark centre with purple edges. Very dark colours came naturally this year! The nose is not too powerful, helped by one third whole bunch. Very little new wood, 10-15%. Rich plum pudding, slightly dry tannins, but this has kept its balance and will work well. Tasted: December 2021—Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy
