From four vineyards in the centre of the appellation, all destemmed. Racked and sulphured recently, to bottle in December. Ripe dark fruit. For once, there is some new oak because they preferred to put excess barrels in a big cuvée. Dense black centre, this is powerful but with some great black fruit energy, and some acidity.
