From the south side of Vosne-Romanée, with two plots in Aux Réas and one in Au Dessus de la Rivière, assembled for this sample. Rich purple, lightly reductive, Dark cherry fruit that is very ripe, quite heady on the palate, a useful freshness at the finish, but this is certainly a heady Vosne. The finish is cleaner and fresher. Tasted: November 2020.--Japer Morris, Inside Burgundy
