Billaud Simon Chablis 2012 (375ML)

From 11 parcels scattered around Chablis, the most notable of which are from Les Pargues. This displays markedly more Chablis character with an admirably pure nose of mineral reduction, oyster shell and iodine nuances. There is good verve and lovely detail to the nicely intense and lightly stony flavors that terminate in a clean, dry and delicious finish. This is a very fine villages and worth considering. 2017+. -Burghound
