A sleek and subtly expressive style, revealing lemon tart, apple and toasted spice flavors. This builds in intensity to a long, fruit- and spice-tinged finish. Picks up a mineral element on the aftertaste. Drink now through 2024. 440 cases made, 135 cases imported. — BS - Wine Spectator

In my view, the domaine definitely out-performed in 2017.
Tasting note: Smoke and petrol-tinged aromas offer up notes of white peach, lemon zest and a hint of apricot. There is once again excellent volume to the intense and vibrant medium weight plus flavors that possess a caressing yet muscular mouth feel, all wrapped in a lingering and balanced finish. This will need to add a bit more depth to merit my rating but the underlying material seems more than sufficient for that to occur. Sweet spot – Outstanding – Allen Meadows
Lots to chew on with grainy texture but fine flavours and some real personality. No amazing bargain but impressive depth and undertow. Jancis Robinson
