Tasting note: Whiffs of mineral reduction and spiced tea sit atop to the cool and pure aromas of lemon rind, apple and white flowers. There is excellent punch and ample minerality to the beautifully well-detailed flavors that possess outstanding energy that carries over to the compact and tightly wound finish.
